Collaborative challenges

Challenges are posed by local industry and community leaders that have worked together to define the complex challenges they are collectively facing.

With no clear solution, the challenges require cross-sector, interdisciplinary collaboration to influence new thinking.

Learning and development opportunities

Participants come from a variety of disciplines, organisations, and sectors. Learning from each other is a key part of the program, facilitated through workshops, team activities and online tools.

The program also features six formal learning labs delivered across the workshops:

  1. Working collaboratively
  2. Innovation fundamentals
  3. Challenge refinement
  4. Ideation
  5. Pitching ideas
  6. Influencing change

Participants will learn and use a proven innovation framework which can be applied in their own workplace.

Industry-led innovations

Smart Seeds is a connected global community able to share ideas, networks and experiences to influence change locally and globally.

By raising the profile of participants and their ideas, our community is inspired to open up new opportunities for the next generation of talent and adopt new thinking for our future infrastructure.

We invite partners to help build the platform for the next generation of talent to influence our future infrastructure.
