The aim of the Mediation Short Course is to equip participants with the required knowledge and skills that are essential for mediators and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners. In this course participants will acquire and apply knowledge and skills about the facilitative model of mediation and the role and function of mediators, support persons and other professionals. Participants will also explore and interrogate ethical and professional obligations as they apply to mediators, family dispute resolution practitioners, and both mediation and family dispute resolution practice in the context of applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

There is a restriction on numbers at all Dispute Resolution Centre training workshops. Registrations are accepted only if and when payment is actually received. The Centre reserves the right to cancel courses where there are insufficient enrolments.
