How will I join a Dodgeball team?

At the event we will sort participants into various teams. We're playing many versions of Dodgeball so teams will be mixed up too!

What do I wear and bring to this event?

Shorts & t-shirt, or something you feel comfortable doing sport activities in.

Is this for beginners?

Absoutely! A fun workout designed for all kids 7 to 12 yrs.
