As a regular columnist for “Better Photography”, Nick Melidonis often reviews and writes about many third- party software releases. Some are good and others; well, not so good.

During his regular judging at many camera clubs, Nick often discusses the use of third- party software to quickly and effectively enhance an image. As time is short during monthly Camera Club exhibitions, he is unable to demonstrate what he suggests and often receives emails from club members asking about the software mentioned.

In this fun, one- hour relaxed session, Nick selects some of his favourite software and demonstrates it with images to illustrate when and how the software should be used. Most software has a trial period available for participants to try it out and some is free; Nick will give you the links to try.

Nick does NOT receive any remuneration or rewards from the software companies nor can he give you a code for a discount. Instead, this will be an honest review from his point of view as what is good (or bad) about the software and let you try it and be the judge.

So, grab your favourite tipple and snacks, put your feet up and have a fun hour seeing what can be done with images.
