The Next Stage Growth Program is a six-month program for existing businesses wanting to accelerate and grow in sales, revenue, people, skills, knowledge, capacity, markets and more.

The NSGP will get you working on your business, not just in it.

Led by experienced leaders in entrepreneurship, marketing and managing the growth process, business owners will assess their core business strategies and growth expectations, conduct competitive analysis with real data, develop market strategies to target profitable growth opportunities, and learn how to exploit digital and social media to build and manage customer relationships.

Topics include:

Module 1: Fundamentals of entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship and innovation, including lean processes, understanding your customers and target markets, and branding for business success.

Module 2: Marketing and growth

Networking
Effective selling
Pricing your products
Marketing and communications strategy including digital, social and traditional media
Public relations and customer relationship management for SME’s
Business strategy and models

Module 3: Managing the growth process

Process improvement, lean management and innovation
Change management
Accounting and cash flow management and growth
It’s always a human problem: Human resource management and regulatory compliance for smaller firms – managing a larger team
Six business presentation and roundtable sessions.
