Whether you are new to mindfulness and meditation or an experienced practitioner, come and join us for two nourishing days of mindfulness retreat in the beautiful yurt at Temple Byron.
The two days of mindfulness is a semi-silent community retreat that gives us a space to practice mindfulness together as a community of like-minded local folks.
Please bring a packed lunch and water. Tea will be provided. You may also wish to bring a morning tea vegetarian platter to share. Please come in comfortable clothes and you may also bring your own meditation stools if you wish. Although we do have chairs and cushions available.

Mrs Mindfulness (Melli O'Brien)
Melli O’Brien is an accredited yoga, meditation teacher and a certified mindfulness teacher. Known for her down-to-earth, engaging and authentic teaching, she has guided hundreds of people through her retreats and courses.
She has a unique talent for distilling the essence of the worlds wisdom traditions into practical, engaging and inspiring teachings for every day people.
