We've got an amazing New Years Eve party planned so we can get ready to say "Bye Felicia" to the year that was and we think it's safe to say, we've definitely earned a party.

We're offering a one of a kind four-course menu prepared by our executive chef which features a montage of ocean-fresh seafood and also includes unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and our Navarra's Signature Sangria being served all night.

Entrée

Prosciutto Roulade - Layers and layers of charcuterie cured quality meats, marinated red capsicum, charred eggplant and bocconcini bounded in quality San Daniele Prosciutto with balsamic reduction.

Seafood Platters

A Seafood Montage of Sydney Rock Oysters with champagne vinaigrette, Ocean fresh king prawns, Tasmanian smoked Salmon

Main Course

Slow cooked Wagyu beef brisket, Glazed with authentic Mediterranean herbs, roasted cauliflower puree, red wine reduction, roasted cherry tomato or Oven Baked free-range fillet of chicken involtini filled with zucchini infused with truffle oil, topped with prosecco cream, served on parmesan mash, fresh seasonal vegetables.

We have Live Entertainment to set the night off. We’ve got a live screening of the NYE fireworks. As always, we have professional wait staff to serve you throughout the night, and to top it all off, we’ve got complimentary parking on our grounds and along the bay.

All of this, and more, will be under the stars with a one of a kind view of Iron Cove Bay but in case of wet weather, we have you "covered".
