Event Details

Spend New Year’s Eve in style with a 5 hour and 15 minute cruise on Sydney Harbour aboard the luxurious MV EPICURE I

Enjoy the award-winning cuisine that MV EPICURE is known for while you watch one of the most spectacular firework displays in the world.

Embark at King Street Wharf 9 where you'll be welcomed on board with music from a fabulous live band while enjoying canapés, free flowing Moët & Chandon along with a selection of premium beverages as the city lights up with the 9pm fireworks.

Then take your seats and dine late into the evening with a delectable five course dinner. Continue to sip Moet & Chandon during the evening or choose from a premium wine selection, a range of cold tap and bottled beer or if you prefer, something non-alcoholic.

At midnight, watch the spectacular fireworks from one of the most famous backdrops in the world. The unique design of MV EPICURE provides amazing views from all three levels, so you won’t miss out on any of the action on the harbour.

As the evening winds down enjoy a selection of premium Australian cheese, perhaps while making your New Year’s resolutions. Step off into the New Year with a Moët & Chandon and chocolate gift bag as you disembark at King Street Wharf 9.

$850 per adult – General Admission – access to Main Deck and Saloon Deck

$950 per adult – VIP Admission – access to Main Deck, Saloon Deck and the Sky Deck - the semi-covered rooftop! (Maximum of 70 guests)

Embark – 7:45pm at King Street Wharf 9

Disembark – 1:00am at King Street Wharf 9

Arrival Canapés

Poached free range chicken, green papaya, chilli, Vietnamese mint, palm sugar syrup on a dark rye crouton

Toasted brioche finger with seared Western Districts lamb, pickled beetroot, mustard sprouts and horseradish cream

Ceviche of Tasmanian ocean trout in toast cup with avocado, green chilli, lamb’s lettuce and finger lime

Pea and haloumi fritter with whipped herb feta, mint, walnuts (gf) (v)

 

Dinner

Warm Sonoma rolls with Australian cultured butter sprinkled with black salt

Lychee salad

with green mango, coriander, mint and black vinegar dressing (gf)

Roasted heirloom tomato charred grilled asparagus and Shaw River buffalo mozzarella tart

with white balsamic reduction and basil puree (v)

Terms & Conditions –

As this is a busy evening embarking time is sharp.

We recommend you arrive early ahead of the boarding time for registration.

Proof of ticket purchase will be required to board the vessel.

This is an adults only event. No guests under the age of 18 are permitted on this cruise. Identification must be provided upon request.

The above inclusions are all part of the ticket price.

Seating is allocated on shared tables. 

The menu is alternate serve service where stated. For vegetarian menu requirements you are required to contact MV EPICURE post ticket purchase to advise your request.  Vegetarian requests not pre booked will not be available on the day. Menu may be subject to change. No other food or beverage is permitted on the vessel.

For the safety of all guests MV EPICURE reserves the right to conduct searches upon boarding.

We adhere strictly to NSW Responsible Service Of Alcohol guidelines. Beverage service will stop a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the end of the cruise.

Security personnel will be present.

Strict Dress Code Applies. Minimum dress code is semi-formal. Men are requested to dress up and wear collared shirts and jackets. Women are encouraged to dress up and wear a dress of other formal attire. We recommend supportive shoes, ladies are generally more comfortable in a lower style heel. Please check weather conditions prior to travel. Strictly no jeans, shorts, singlets, thongs, beach wear, sneakers, tennis shoes or other casual attire is not permitted. If you do not meet the dress code you will be refused entry and no refund will be provided.

Participation in Parade of Lights to be confirmed.

All purchases are final and no refunds provided under any circumstance including due to under age, missed boarding, wet weather conditions or cancellation of fireworks.

MV EPICURE is one of Sydney’s newest event spaces on Sydney Harbour with the upmarket vessel MV EPICURE I.

With three impressive pillar-less levels of comfort, this sophisticated vessel floats across Sydney Harbour providing guests with amazing views through a grand glass frontage two level atrium, floor to ceiling windows on the Main Deck, concertina doors and a wraparound balcony on the Saloon Deck and a semi covered rooftop; the Sky Deck.
