Toast to a fresh new decade with a celebratory cosmopolitan or gin cocktail* on arrival before you dance the night away to funky retro tunes by one of Adelaide’s top entertainers, DJ Ruby Chew.

You’ll be able to feast on a decadent grazing table of canapés throughout the evening, including an exquisite selection of South Australian cheeses, charcuterie, sashimi and more, while you indulge in a five-hour beverage package including wine, beer and bubbles.
