***Yes we can dance!! Just in time for New Year's Eve. From Monday the 14th December, we can dance inside the venues at long last.
Indulge in the premium spirits, champagne, cocktails and delightful canapés as you wander beneath the crystal chandeliers, vertical gardens and cascading waterfall.
Anything is possible throughout this magical evening — prepare for pop-up performances that will catch you unawares and photo moments only a Cloudland NYE soiree can boast.
The countdown is on — it’s time to rise, shine and sparkle your way into 2021. Serving until 5am!
***Due to COVID capacity regulations for each venue, guests are to remain the venue of the party they purchase their tickets for.

Alice in Wonderland [New]
Exclusive to Alice Room (Level 2)
An evening of classic cocktails, premium drinks and absolute indulgence. Set in Cloudland’s Alice Room on level 2 overlooking Brunswick Street.
From 8pm until 12.30am, enjoy 4.5 hours of signature cocktails, premium spirits, premium beers, wine, French Sparkling and premium canapés.

Crystal Garden Soiree
Madame Hedges and Crystal Palais (Level 1 and 2)
Shine bright this New Year's Eve in a captivating garden wonderland, where something amazing awaits and the party comes to life.
From 8pm until 12.30am, enjoy 4.5 hours of premium spirits, premium beers, wine, French Sparkling, a wood-fired pizza bar and premium canapés – amidst the crystal chandeliers, vertical gardens and cascading waterfall.
It’s a little bit fabulous, and very, very nice!

Crystal Garden Booths
Upgrade your group to an exclusive Crystal Palais Booth featuring G.H. Mumm Champagne, to kick-start your NYE soiree in luxe style. This package will guarantee your group your very own Crystal Palais booth on the Mezzanine level, all the food and drink options from the Crystal Garden Soiree package plus free-flowing G.H. Mumm Champagne. *Crystal Palais Booths are only available to guests who have purchased Crystal Garden Soiree tickets through Eventbrite.
- Two booth sizes to suit 10 people and 15 people. Booths of up to 10 – $1000, booths of up to 15 – $1500.

'Play Among The Stars' VIP Soiree
All new Rose Room, Moon Room and Rooftop Terrace (All of Level 3)
If it’s glamour and prestige you seek, expect it in plentiful proportions – where the brand new Rose Room is front and centre, at the top of Cloudland.

FAQs
Can we dance? Yes, as of Monday 14th December, we are allowed to dance in venues again.
Are you COVID-19 compliant? Yes, we take the health and safety of our guests and staff extremely seriously. We will be complying with our Industry COVID-Safe Plan including (but not limited to) socially distancing each table, providing sanitising facilities/stations and contactless/cashless payment throughout and contact tracing. We will also be capping the numbers for each section according to the square metre restrictions and capacities of the venue. Dancing will be allowed by New Year's Eve under the Industry COVID-Safe Plan. Due to COVID capacity restrictions in each party/area, guests are required to remain in the party/area that they have purchased tickets for. Guests will be required to contact-trace scan in (via QR code) at entry.
Can you cater to my food allergies and dietary requirements? We always do our best to cater to your food allergies on the night. Please check with our staff at the event. We may not, however, be able to cater towards all food preferences e.g. keto, low-carb, low sugar.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This event will be restricted to over 18s only. There will also be a range of non-alcoholic drinks available in all packages throughout the event.
What’s the refund policy? We understand that COVID has given us some unpredictable times. If the venue is forced to close due to COVID restrictions imposed by the Government and the event is cancelled as a result, tickets will be refunded. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. REFUND REQUESTS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED UP UNTIL 5PM ON WEDNESDAY 30TH DECEMBER, AND MUST BE SUBMITTED IN EMAIL TO KATARZYNA.MARKETING@KATARZYNA.COM.AU
