To reflect on a year gone by, Head Chef Bernd Brademann will serve a six course shared style menu that highlights the best seasonal produce that the Canberra District has to offer. To pair with the dinner, our Sommelier has selected Canberra’s finest wine.
In between courses, indulge in live music whilst overlooking spectacular views of the Nishi Building as it is illuminated in a dazzling reflection of the early firework display.
Join us for a champagne toast at midnight as we ring in the New Year with good food, good music, and good company.
Tickets are $160pp + booking fee and include live entertainment, all food and drinks that will be served on the night.
