At NewCo Financial Services and National Lending Group we know that over 60% of new entrants to the Mortgage Broker Industry will fail in their first year and we are determined to help fix that problem. So, we will breakdown the business for you into easy to manage and build components:

Starting the Business

Getting the Business

Steve Lake from National Lending Group, your host for the event will provide insight on building quality sustainable referral relationships and the importance of building "channels" into your business. What are the 4 keys to "Referral partnerships"?, and what about digital lead generation?

Doing the Business

Andrew Larcombe from Trusted Mentoring will be available to discuss how to become a successful Mortgage Broker and how the selection of the right mentor is imperative to your business success. Added to this his years of experience as a successful Mortgage Broker you get to learn how to truly thrive as a Mortgage Broker.

Looking after YOUR business

Kerrie Giles from NewCo Financial Services will be available to discuss client and business support services, and how having the right systems in place to ensure you are up to date, compliant, in contact with your clients and managing your business are important to your success.

After you hear about each part we will break into groups for a more intimate learning experience dependent on YOUR needs and wants.
