Join us for a 90-minute Sound Healing journey and experience the amazing healing waves of our Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and Nepalese gongs. Immerse yourself in the beautiful sound and vibrations as we facilitate your travel into a deep state of relaxation, calmness and bliss.

We will start this large-group event with powerful pranayama breathing exercises, followed by a heart-opening exercise and a 10-minute guided meditation to completely relax your body. You will then submerge into a beautiful sound bath created by over 50 Tibetan singing bowls, 10 crystal bowls and two large gongs. We will also move around the room playing the singing bowls close to your body to increase the amazing healing effects. After a short grounding exercise to close the session, you will leave feeling calm, relaxed, rejuvenated and blissed-out.

Sound Healing is great for anyone who:

- leads a very busy life and is looking to reach a deep state of relaxation

- is suffering from stress or anxiety and needs to calm the nervous system

- has poor sleeping patterns, suffers from chronic fatigue or insomnia

- wants to meditate, but finds it difficult to get into a meditative state on their own

Please bring:

- yoga mat

- eye pillow

- blanket to stay warm

- anything else to be comfortable, e.g. pillow or bolster

Waverley College,131 Birrell Street, Waverley: Enter Waverley College through the Main Building, go straight ahead through the glass door, turn either left to take the stairs or turn right to take the elevator to the 4th floor, turn left and enter the "Large Classroom".
