Together we will gather in our monthly circle as we open up the portal to our inner temples lovingly cloaked by the new moon.

A safe & sacred space where each woman is held & heard.

As we flow through guided meditation, gentle stretching, massage, sound & relaxation with a loving guided self-womb massage, we will honour the connection between the throat, heart & womb.

Our space will be open for your voice to be heard, for your story to be told & to give permission for any trauma you have been holding in your heart & womb space to be released, sending the energy to be gifted back to Mother Earth & recycled.

We will reflect, journal, set intentions for the month to come & burn what we no longer need to carry.

Clearing out our wombs & hearts of stagnant energy to create space for deep self-love, joy, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, sensuality & creative expression.

You will leave this circle lighter & feeling more loved & connected within your own body & other women.

What to wear and bring:

Wear comfy clothes & bring a journal, water bottle & something sacred to you that can be placed in the centre of our circle.

Herbal refreshments provided, free onsite & on street parking available & bathroom facilities.
