We'll be starting this Ceremony with beautiful heart-opening Cacao, followed by some Human Connection exercises. Through powerful affirmations we'll manifest the life we desire.

After sharing our beautiful energy in a meditation circle we will drop into some beautiful ecstatic dance.

We'll also have a fire going and you are more than welcome to bring your fire props for some twirling.

There’s this feeling of a “dream like state” that’s inviting us to explore new beginnings and explore ourselves. Dance is a beautiful method to fully drop into our body and surrender and let go.

It’s not that surprising though, is it?

Emotion, is just energy in motion so as we get to move we are able to let go of negative emotions and bring in more positive emotions.
