Change hurts: myth or reality?
Rethinking how we lead and manage change with new insights from brain science
What we will cover:
Are we hardwired to embrace change? Or resist it? Now that neuroscience is merging with behavioural science, we have new insights into how our brain processes change and filters new information. Come and find out more about what this means when we introduce change.
How is this different?
In this session, we will explore recent findings and what they mean when we are leading change and planning our change approach. We will use a unique self-assessment tool (based on David Rock’s SCARF model) that will help you identify your own hard wired responses to change.
