Neuroscience in the Pub (Sydney)
Mon. 3 April 2017, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm AEST
At the Carrington Hotel - 565 Bourke Street Surry Hills Sydney.
The Pub has never been so cool. Use mind control to move virtual images, get a free photo of your brain activity sent to your phone and try gaming using only your thoughts to control the action. We use a SINGLE SENSOR EEG headset to read your brainwaves and get you to control things with your thoughts. This is FREE AND THERE'S NO NEED TO BOOK.
We also use a 16 SENSOR EEG headet for more involved brainwave analysis and provide an image of your brain sent to your device. You can also game using your thoughts. This costs $10 - usually less than the cost of a glass of wine (STEM / Science teachers free).
How do you think? How much electrical 'action' is happening in your head? Does your partner think the same way you do? Who has stronger thought control?
Single SENSOR experience: FREE - as the last night was booked out please book for this although it's free.
16 SENSOR experience...
$10 for a single, $15 per couple or $30 for a group of 4. The Carrington is a great place to eat and drink and feel welcome to bring your dog - the pub is dog friendly. The night is open to others but only those who have booked via Eventbrite are guaranteed of the 16 sensor experience. FIRST IN FIRST SERVED. If you arrive between 6.45 - 7.15 you will be on the list to be first. Leave us with your mobile and we'll text you when it's your turn.
I am a STEM Teacher or Science teacher in NSW Schools. Do I need to pay for the 16 sensor experience?
