We are combining fun, movement and networking.

Join us and a selection of Adelaide business owners as we have some fun and get to know each other. We will start off the morning with some networking and yummy treats, followed by an hour Pilates class (we will be doing a mix of matt and reformer pilates - don't worry you will get a turn at everything).

We are following up the pilates class with an optional lunch at Rosies Unley to continue having some great conversations.
