NESS Employment Workshops
Overview
A monthly drop-in program for Cumberland residents building confidence, skills, and resilience to help you succeed navigating employment.
These workshops are flexible in delivery to support attendees. It's a relaxed & friendly space designed to help you increase your confidence, develop essential employment skills and learn strategies in managing your own mental health while navigating the workforce.
Information about the program:
- For Cumberland residents aged18 – 65 years
- For Participants that are looking to enter the workforce
- For Participants returning from a break
- For Participants that have been out of work for a long period of time
- For Participants trying to rebuild your confidence
DATES: 5th Feb, 2nd April, 7th May, 4th June 2026
TIME: 10:00 am - 11:30am
