Description

This targeted consultation meeting will provide an opportunity for teachers of students with disability to give feedback on the Aboriginal Studies Years 7–10 draft syllabus Life Skills outcomes and content.


Consultation details:

Registration will start from 3:30pm. Tea and coffee will be provided. If possible, please bring a print or electronic copy of the NESA Aboriginal Studies Years 7­–10 Draft Syllabus which will be available on the NESA website from 29 April 2019. Please review the draft Life Skills outcomes and content prior to the meeting.

Participating in a Draft Syllabus consultation meeting will contribute to 2 hours of NESA Registered PD (addressing 6.2.2 and 7.4.2) from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.


Transport / Parking:

There is plenty of street parking close to the venue.

North Wollongong train station is a 5 minute walk to the venue.
