Neighbours - A High Life Expo event
Sat. 20 May 2017, 2:15 pm – 3:15 pm AEST
The Dispute Settlement Centre will help you navigate the human dynamics of apartment living.
Every year, thousands of apartment residents who are fed up with their neighbours seek help from the free support service offered by Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV).
In this fun, interactive workshop an expert from DSCV will look at the most effective ways to approach your neighbours and manage the little conflicts, so they don’t become big ones - common property, noise, parking, pets, rubbish and much more. This workshop will help you avoid costly legal processes and improve relationships with neighbours though the use of basic mediation skills and the opportunity to use the services of the DSCV.
Seats are limited so please book now to avoid missing out.
You need to be registered for the High Life Expo before you're eligible to book into this event. You can book your free ticket to the High Life Expo here.
The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV) is a free dispute resolution service funded by the Victorian Government. DSCV provides mediation services, as well as training and accrediting mediators to national standards.
DSCV can help you resolve common neighbourhood disputes involving fences, trees, animals, noise and drainage; disputes about difficult or anti-social behaviour; workplace disputes; and disputes within committees, clubs or Incorporated Associations.
