Event description

Description

Negotiations are a part of every human interaction, more so in professional environments where you are not only representing yourself and your interests but also your organisation and its concerns. Negotiation skills outlines basic approaches to conduct effective negotiations conducive to the best possible outcomes for you and your organisation. From how to present and justify your stance to techniques to recognise and call out bluffs and abuse from the opposing party, Negotiation skills will equip professionals with valuable insights on how to represent their interests in a professional environment and to obtain best outcomes while salvaging key business relationships.

Chris Golding, an experienced facilitator, business manager and public policy professional, incorporates his understanding of both the private and the public sector into his training. Focusing on strategy and critical thinking patterns, Chris leads an engaging session that will set you up to conduct beneficial and constructive negotiations.
