Event description

Description

CoderDojo club open to Nedlands Primary School students.

The club meets every Tuesday at 7:30am during Term 4, starting 17 October 2017.

No need to bring anything - we will use the library's computers, laptops and iPads.

Parents do not need to remain with students but, as this is a free club, we do ask parents to help supervise/mentor some sessions. No coding experience necessary.

We are also looking at reintroducing robotics this term (Dash & Dot, Edison & Sphero) and are looking for parental champions to help coordinate sessions. Anyone interested please contact Miriam or Jacqueline.

To register your child's (ninja) interest in attending, please sign up for an event and your registration will be confirmed.

If the session is full, please register anyway and your ninja will be placed on a waiting list. If no spots open during the school term, preferential enrolment will be given in 2018.

Any questions, please contact Miriam or Jacqueline at NedlandsCoderDojo@gmail.com

CoderDojo is a coding club (Dojo) that provides a fun, free and social open learning environment where students can meet others with similar interests, develop 21st century skills and build creative projects of their own choice using digital technology.
