Neck & Shoulder Self Massage Workshop ONLINE

About this Event
Learn techniques to massage your own face, neck and shoulders. Using touch with your hands and 2 MASSAGE BALLS (e.g. Franklin Balls), there are multiple ways to invite glide back into your connective tissue, promote blood flow and create a sense of relaxation. The tension in the face, neck and shoulders may surprise you. Ease the tension away and carve out time for yourself. Your head will be 'floating' like a balloon by the end of the session.
Can't make the time or would you like to do the workshop a few times? Well, you will receive access to the recording for 1 month!
What you need:
- 2 Massage balls (preferably soft red Franklin Balls or Slings Massage Balls. Please contact me if you don't have any).
- A mat
- Something to sit on
How to access the class:
- Download zoom, it's free.
- A link will be sent to you for a Zoom meeting (latest 2 hours before the class)
- Click on the link and go online 10-15 minutes before the class starts to ensure you’re in!
