Finding the right information on NDIS Verification requirements, supporting documents, pricing rules and understanding the NDIS registration process can be time-consuming, confusing and frustrating.

So do it all in one go and save weeks of time trying to do it all on your own.

This eight-hour training event, including a catered networking lunch and morning tea, will get you well on the way to learning how to build your own compliance management system and to navigating the NDIS Commission online self-assessment registration.

In this Masterclass you will cover:

  • Understanding the Audit, the registration process and self-assessment in detail
  • NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
  • Where does your business fit in the NDIS Practice Standards and Audit
  • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Guide through the Registration and Self-Assessment.
  • Management System and Policy Procedure Writing (learning templates and instructions will be provided)
  • Compliant Management System and Policy Procedure Writing (learning templates and instructions will be provided)
  • Opportunity to network and meet our team and fellow NDIS providers.

You will receive all the documents you need to manage your NDIS Audit without extensive costs to your business. The Masterclass will include morning tea and a catered networking lunch.

PLEASE NOTE THIS MASTERCLASS IS FUNDED BY THE NSW BUSINESS CONNECT PROGRAM AND IS ONLY FOR BUSINESSES REGISTERED IN NSW. We will be offering this Masterclass online to service providers in the other Australian states in the very near future so please keep an eye out for that.

The Department of Industry's (NSW) Business Connect NDIS Verification Audit Ready Masterclass will provide you with help to write your own NDIS compliant Policy and Procedure documents with expert and trained Business Advisors who will support you to meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework in a practical and small business friendly way.

The workshop is conducted in a supportive peer-to-peer learning environment and will provide you with all you need to successfully complete your NDIS registration and be Audit ready. You will also be eligible for fully subsidised ongoing support through the NSW Government's Business Connect program. Your presenter:

Chantelle Robards has designed and will present this workshop.

Chantelle is an energetic and passionate person who does not believe in growing old in spirit. After qualifying as a speech pathologist in 1994 she has gone on to a committed career within the disability sector in both clinical and management roles. She has worked across not for profit, government and private organisations which has given her a broad perspective on how services are operationalised in various settings.

She has worked within the NDIS space since it’s trial in 2013 in the Hunter region where she started her own business, online directory service Espyconnect. She is particularly focused on finding solutions for problems and avenues around barriers which occur all too often within the disability and human services sectors for both people with disabilities and workers.
