This session will cover the following information:

- Department of Justice presentation

- The role of Support Coordinators

- Managing conflict of interest

- Referral process with the NDIA

- Plan implementation and support during the first plan

- Reporting requirements and outcomes

- MyGov and MyPlace participant portal

- Department of Industry - Disability Sector Scale Up (DSSU) program


Who should attend?

- Individuals and/or organisations interested in becoming Support Coordinators

-Providers registered for Assist-Life Stage Transition and/or Support Coordination
