The NSW Central Engagement team of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) would like to invite you to attend an Information Session for Support Coordinators.
The Information Session will cover:-

Arrangements for 12 Month Plan Reviews

Reporting Requirements, including need for and amount of Support Coordination in future

Selection of independent Support Coordinator for next plan

Outcome Measurements required for planning conversation

Problem Solving

Requirements for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Use of the 2017/2018 NDIA Price Guide
There will also be an opportunity for Support Coordinators to ask any general NDIS questions that they have.
