NDIS Guide to Plan Management – Information Session for Providers
Event Information
About this Event
The NDIA is holding information sessions for providers on the recent release of the NDIS Guide to Plan Management.
The Guide gives clear information on how plan management can support a quality experience and improved outcomes for participants. This session will cover the main topics of the Guide, including:
- what participants can expect from plan management services
- roles, responsibilities and activities of plan management providers
- the broader system that plan management operates under.
This session is offered over multiple dates to allow flexibility for attendees. Each session will cover the same content, so please only register for the date you wish to attend.
Sessions will be delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams. Registrations will close three business days prior to the session date.
Two business days prior to the session, login details (including the MS Teams link) will be sent from events@ndis.gov.au to the email address you provide at registration (this email may filter to your junk mail).
** Please note we encourage individual registrations for all sessions to ensure each registrant receives these details.**
Accessibility is important to us. If you have any accessibility, interpreter, live captioning, or other requirements please advise when registering. Please note, a minimum of five (5) business days' notice is required to book interpreters and live captioning services.
For any enquiries, or if you have questions you would like addressed in the session, please contact events@ndis.gov.au (please include the session name in the subject line).
