NDIS Business Readiness Consultation

The Australian Centre for Social Innovation is partnering with The Difference Incubator* to host a series of 1:1 consultancy sessions with organisations in South Australia getting ready to deliver services to NDIS participants.

You can register now for your free 1:1 consultation between 14-17 June with business model & service design advisors to assess your organisation's readiness for the roll out of NDIS and diagnose & prioritise your most urgent next steps to be business ready. Perhaps getting NDIS-ready has been a major focus for your organisation over recent months and you feel equipped and prepared to ‘go live’, or perhaps you’re planning to stick with current services and business models and tweak as you go in response to changing demands. No matter where you feel you are on your NDIS journey, it’s never too late to take stock and get some external feedback and ideas to take your organisation forward. While you are the experts in disability, we can provide some other perspectives on how you deliver them and remain viable into the future. Sometimes we are too close to our business to feel as though we are being completely objective and open-minded in our outlook and these 1:1 sessions will provide you with the opportunity to discuss and test some of your ideas, aspirations or operational plans moving forward into the NDIS landscape.
