NDIS Access and Psychosocial Disability Forum
The NDIA will be running Mental Health Access forums for health professionals, clinicians and service providers.
The purpose of the sessions will be to provide better education and training around Psychosocial Disability and the interface with the NDIS. It will better assist and support front facing staff to share consistent national perspective mental health information with potential participants, their families and natural support systems, as well as within already established service systems.
These sessions are targeted towards:

External frontline staff informing potential participants, their families and natural support systems about the NDIS

Health, Mental Health and Primary Care sectors - to become educators around consistent information about Psychosocial Disability and the NDIS

Local PHNs, LACs and local Mental Health Services under Hospital and Health Services
These sessions will be delivered by the Community and Mainstream Engagement Branch, Queensland.
Who should attend?
Health professionals, clinicians, service providers and anyone who wishes to learn more about the mental health space within the NDIS.
