NDC Feel-Good Hide & Seek Event

An inclusive Hide & Seek networking event hosted by NDC with Care Done Differently & Caffeine Connections. Fun, movement & prizes!

The NDC Feel-Good Hide & Seek Event is the most random, wholesome, inclusive networking event you’ll ever attend, created to celebrate National Disability Care (NDC) becoming a Registered NDIS Provider!

Hosted by NDC, with co-hosts Care Done Differently and Caffeine Connections, this community event blends:

• ✨ movement
• ✨ laughter
• ✨ low-pressure networking
• ✨ team vibes
• ✨ a tiny bit of friendly chaos

All inside a giant game of Hide & Seek at Black Beach Reserve, Kiama Harbour.

🔥 What to Expect

Home Base + Registration
Check in, get your wristband, and you’ll be randomly assigned to Team Purple or Team Green.

Game Format

• 3 × 12-minute rounds
  ▪️ 2 minutes to hide
  ▪️ 10 minutes to seek
• Seekers MUST find the entire hiding team to win the round.
  If even one person isn’t found, hiders win.

Winning Team

• Team with the most round wins
• Tie-breaker: Team Captains play Rock, Paper, Scissors
• Prizes for every player on the winning team (donated by NDC, Care Done Differently, Caffeine Connections, Dead Poets & more)

🗺️ Boundaries

Hiding zones include:

• Black Beach Reserve
• Kiama Harbour Park

No-Go Zones:

• Water
• Roads
• Car parks
• Playgrounds
• Ocean Pool precinct

A full map is included in your Attendee Guide and displayed on the day.
