Date: Thursday, 24 October 2019.

Location: Geelong Conference Centre, 20 Adams Court, East Geelong VIC 3219.

Room: Studio room.

Time: 10:30am-2:00pm.

The workshop aims to enable you to extract value from the NCAS findings and communicate them with confidence and purpose.

Through this workshop you will:

  • Build and deepen your understanding of the implications of the NCAS
  • Contextualise the insights in your work
  • Build new narratives to weave into your existing communications and leverage tools created to support you in your work
  • Connect with sector peers while contributing to the co-design of a new toolkit to help organisations pursue gender equality and help bring an end to violence against women.

The workshop will draw on evidence-led design and storytelling frameworks to provide you with knowledge and tools to bring new understandings and opportunities to the data.

This workshop is designed for all kinds of professionals involved in the primary prevention of violence against women. It will be useful for people working in primary prevention and gender equality in education, sports, arts and culture, workplaces, online and in the community.
