About this Event
Join us for a presentation by speakers from The Council on the Ageing (WA). This session includes:
¨ An overview of the aged care system in Australia.
¨ Eligibility and how to access support services
¨ Support services available for people living in their own home.
Following the presentation there will be an opportunity for participants to chat one-on-one with the Aged Care Navigator Team and find answers to questions they may have.
Light refreshments will be available.
