Event description

Description

After living through the economic storm of the past decade, even volatile seas ahead seem relatively calm.

The mining sector has gained its sea legs. We have weathered the worst and now there's a stiff breeze at our backs propelling us forward.
Yes, there are still waves ahead - looming trade wars and super powers flexing their muscles - but they seem small in comparison to the turmoil of the past years.
On the horizon there's a lot of hope: battery minerals, gold, and bulk commodities continue to look robust. There's more upside than down on a rising tide.

Baker Tilly International invites you to our Global Panel Discussion to consider which way the wind is blowing and where the sector should seek solid ground. Toronto is a hub for resources and finance, so how is it perceived globally and what is it doing to maintain its position?
Join us to hear our expert panel as we consider:

• Perspectives on global financing of resource projects and the risks to be alert to
• Commodity outlooks
• Where are the opportunities on a rising tide
• How the Baker Tilly International Global Natural Resources Group can assist in identifying and exploiting those opportunities.
