The day was enlightening, stimulating and has helped significantly in assisting me add to the coaching and growth program at the club. Innovation and cross functional collaboration are no longer simply the leading edge of business - they have rapidly become core business. Design thinking and creativity are powerful tools for understanding customers, complex problems and the creation of new value.

Increased collaboration, creativity and innovation aren’t easy - conflict is a constant factor, and navigating conflict with both empathy and accountability is a mission critical factor in the sustainable success of teams.
