Wed. 9 November 2016, 4:15 pm – 6:30 pm AEDT
Psychological resilience is defined as an individual's ability to successfully adapt to life tasks in the face of disadvantage or adversity.
How do we, in the early childhood sector, create an environment that promotes and enhances the development of resilience in the children in our care?
This forum will present information on:
- how we might build resilience,
- current AEDC data;
- enablers and barriers to supporting bush play,
- provide the opportunity to hear from others in your area that have implemented bush kinders
- provide the practical elements required such as location and contacts!
