You’ll walk away with:

- A botanically dyed silk scarf

- A botanically dyed silk pillowcase (add on when buying ticket - extra $30)

- Whatever you decide to bring and dye on the day

You will be able to purchase more raw silk materials on the day.

We will forage for materials in my very Australian Indooroopilly back yard

We will soak garments in a mordant

We will experiment with folding techniques for different finishes or just go with the flow

We will use Tumeric or Avocado if you want a yellow or pink hue

You can take your garment or piece of fabric home soaking in the dye for a deeper dye

If you're impatient we can open it at the workshop.

We will have some quick drinks and nibbles

Its a day for you to learn some new tricks but mainly for you to take some time for yourself.

The experience will be quite immersive .

All materials are provided - although if you have a favorite dress or a piece of fabric you would like to bring along, that is fine.

**COVID 19 PRECAUTION**

All social distancing measures will be put in place including hand sanitiser at the front door. If you own a face mask, feel free to wear it.

If restrictions arrise prior to the event occuring - we will be refunding all tickets
