Event description
A collaboration of the senses brought to you by three exceptional groups of humans, Fervor, Burnt Ends Smoking and Evan Hayter from Arimia.

About this Event

Beerfarm and all of the crew involved would like to acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional custodians of this land, of elders past, present and emerging, on which our events take place.

With the launch of our Woolya Wah Red Ale hitting stores across Australia, we are excited to announce our second Native Series Dinner in collaboration with Nathan and Eileen Booth from our very own BURNT ENDS SMOKING CO and West Australia’s culinary masters, Paul Iskov of FERVOR and Evan Hayter of ARIMIA, on Thursday 29th October 2020 at Beerfarm.

Three food giants of the South-West and The Beer Farmer himself Josh Thomas welcome you for an evening of dining and education. A collective passion for Native ingredients in food and beer, the group lives for this region and have embarked on a journey through country to experiment with its beauty through taste. The teams are committed to working alongside the traditional custodians of the land to utilize the finest ingredients Australia naturally has to offer.

This ongoing collaboration, aptly named “The Native Series”, has not only been rewarding, but educational and has produced some seriously groundbreaking beers that really push the boundaries. For this year's edition, The Woolya Wah Red Ale, we were incredibly fortunate to team up with Fervor, Roelands Village and the Noongar Land Enterprise Group to get our hands on some WA grown Wattleseed and visit Roelands Village where we learnt of the stories behind this native ingredient, as well as vital parts of our own Australian history which we want to share with you all in a celebration of Native eats.

Join us for three entree canapes carefully designed by each chef to pair with our Woolya Wah Red Ale and showcase the unique flavours of native wattleseed. After hearing from both Josh and Paul about the native journey, we will serve one main from each chef paired with Arimia wines before wrapping up the evening with three dessert canapes paired with our Milk Stout.

On this night the stage will be set for a group of passionate West Australians that are pushing sensory boundaries, putting our state on a world map. Through the delivery of unique flavours, ethically sustainable ingredients and culturally sensitive practices.  On Thursday the 29th of October do not miss your chance to quiz the chefs and the brewers, who will be available to take up conversations, offer insights, share a laugh, a glass, and a meal with you on the night.

Tickets include 3 entree and dessert canapes and 3 main courses brought to you by each chef with some carefully selected beverage pairings throughout, so get in quick and join us for a truly unique culinary experience.

Cheers
