As an attendee you can ask questions and chat with facilitators, just like in a real classroom setting only better.

Session Times

The training is split into four short components so you can take breaks throughout the day.

• 9:00 to 10:00 am – NPC Foundations – Course overview, Concepts, Product Hierarchy
• 10:00 to 10:30 am – Break
• 10:30 to 12:30 pm – Item Creation – Base and Case
• 12:30 to 1:30 pm – Lunch Break
• 1:30 to 3:00 pm – Pricing, Workflow – Item and Price release, publishing
• 3:00 to 3:30 pm – Break
• 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm – Item Editing – Online and Spreadsheet, Resources, Wrap up

Please note: This training session is aimed at NPC users who are at an entry or intermediate level.

Please note the following:

• The Zoom invite link must NOT be shared or forwarded
• Only the person who has booked will be permitted into the session
• A person who does not appear on our official registration list will not be admitted into the Zoom session
