After a long break in public performances due to Covid-19, National Music Academy are excited and proud to host our final Christmas Live Lounge for 2020 at Wests City Newcastle West on Thursday 10th December.

Please join us to celebrate together our resilient and committed performers and teachers.

4pm-6pm is reserved for performing students UNDER 12

6.30pm-9pm is reserved for ALL OTHER PERFORMING STUDENTS OR WITH PERFORMING SIBLINGS OVER 12

The Live Lounge is a chance for all NATIONAL MUSIC ACADEMY students regardless of age, level or instrument, to come and showcase their musical skills in an encouraging and supportive environment and gain valuable performance experience in front of a live audience - a very important part of a truly holistic music education.

Parents, partners, family and friends are encouraged to come along to support these talented individuals and future superstars of Newcastle & The Hunter's music industry, while enjoying dinner at one of the venue’s various eateries or just a cold beverage in the cosy lounge all with a view to the stage.

Entry is completely free however due to current venue covid-safe plans, all guests MUST be a Wests member or can purchase a $2 casual membership on the night to enter. Children are not required to purchase a membership however must enter with a member.

An electric piano, guitar amp, electric drum kit and DJ’ing equipment will be supplied.

ALL PERFORMERS MUST REGISTER ONE (1) PERFORMANCE TIME VIA EVENT-BRITE in order to allow all students an opportunity to perform and help us keep the night running smoothly.
