The National Lutheran Principal's Conference, with the theme of Leadership in Challenging Times, will enable us to acknowledge and understand the current context and culture in which we lead, and to focus upon the capacity sustaining tools required to lead ourselves, others and our communities.

Underpinning our ability to lead in challenging times, is our connection to God, and the support, guidance and strength he provides. "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.'" Isaiah 30:21.

The gift of listening well and then acting with courage and wisdom are critical to our success in leading in challenging times. This conference will provide the space and time to listen and explore the conference theme deeply and to contemplate and plan actions for the future.
