Please join Aurora College for a 40-minute interactive presentation by the Office of the eSafety Commissioner.

In this presentation, students will explore skills to build positive online relationships. They will consider the emotions that appear when they or a friend is having a bad online experience. They also consider what cyberbullying is and strategies for seeking support for serious incidents.

This presentation will address Australian Curriculum Health and Physical Education outcomes including:

  • Practise skills to establish and manage relationships (ACPPS055)
  • Investigate community resources and ways to seek help about health, safety and wellbeing (ACPPS053)

And address elements of the General Capabilities including:

  • Personal and Social General Capability - Understanding relationships
  • ICT Capability - Apply personal security protocols

The intended audience for this even is NSW Department of Education primary school students in years 4-6.
