This course is delivered over multiple sessions being the 16th and 16th of March from 9:30am till 2:30pm each day.
Day 1: Module One (Define, Plan and Maintain Effective Communication)
Day 1: Module Two (Understanding Tenants Rights & Responsibilities & Access to Appropriate Resources)
Day 2: Module Three (Develop, Implement and Monitor Effective Cleaning Techniques)
Day 2: Module Four (Implement and Monitor Household Budgets)

The Tenancy Skills Institute is delivering Skillsets for Successful Tenancies - Dollars and Sense, a free tenancy skills training program which is for people who are wanting to rent successfully in the private market.
The 10 hour course covers:
- Communication skills
- Understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant
- Cleaning and maintaining a rental property
- Budgeting and managing your money
Upon completion, graduates receive a certificate which is recognised by real estate agents who are committed supporters of the program.
