Are you have a gluten issue?

Are you told to avoid grains because of the gluten doing damage to your gut health?

Gluten is a tough protein to digest and over the years it can cause our gut wall to become inflamed and damaged creating a permeable or leaky gut.

Gluten can be a compromise for our health and this is why there are so many gluten free products on the market today.

But why not try your hand at making your own sourdough versions of bread, fruit loaf, cake, pasta, wraps, pizza base and crackers!

This three hour workshop will create all these sourdough goodies with particpants volunteering to take the steps from A to Z.

Everyone has their own sourdough to take home including some sourdough starter.

Plenty of taste testing for everyone and e-handouts with all the recipes and instructions will be emailed to you.

My 'Ferment Your Way to Good Health' book will be for sale after class.


1.30pm - 4.30pm Feta & All Things Dairy Workshop

In this three hour workshop learn how to make Feta cheese and turn pasteurised milk and cream back into living probiotic foods.

We will be making cultured butter, sample cultured buttermilk and also make ghee. Yoghurt, kefir and quark will also be covered as well as making sour cream.

Participation is by volunteers in making the feta and the cultured dairy products and tasting of topics covered on the day will be available.

Plenty of taste testing for everyone and e-handouts with all the recipes and instructions will be emailed to you.

Cheese Cultures, Home Cheese Making DVD and my 'Ferment Your Way to Good Health' book will be for sale after class.
