Description

Listening to music can help us to relax, focus and become grounded in the present moment.

In these sessions, you will have the opportunity to listen to and work with music that has been specifically designed to help you find a more mindful state.
Each session will include a deep listening immersion, a guided mindfulness exercise and a brief discussion about how we can use our own music to support our mental health and wellbeing.

No experience is necessary, beginners are welcome!

Tuesdays from 5 June to 26 June, 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
