Mums & Bubs Yoga | Westfield Carindale

Join our beautiful Mums & Bubs yoga classes for a blissful combination of moving your body, bonding with your baby and finding some zen time.

These classes are most suitable for babies 6 weeks to 1 year; however toddlers are also welcome to attend.

If you’re a new Mum, please ensure you are given clearance by your medical practitioner at your postnatal check-up from 6 weeks onwards.

Location: The Glassbox, upper level, near David Jones

Times: 10am Friday Mornings

These classes are in very high demand, if you are unable to attend, please send an email to carindalemarketing@scentregroup.com 24 hours before your class so that we may offer your spot to another mum.
