Take the time to nurture yourself

Becoming a mum challenges your body, mind and emotions. It can be difficult to find the energy and time to fit relaxation and fitness into your busy day.

Our Mums & Bubs Yoga course is a friendly, fun & supportive way to bond with your baby whilst taking the time to nurture yourself. We combine movement, stretching, breathing & relaxation to reinvigorate body and mind.

What to expect:

* Rebuild strength & tone after pregnancy
* Safely strengthen abdominals and pelvic floor
* Relieve back and shoulder pain associated with feeding and carrying baby
* Increase energy and reduce fatigue
* Relieve stress & tension
* Relax the body & mind
* Bond with baby
* Connect with like minded mamas

Course Dates:
Wednesday 21st February - Wednesday 21st March, 5 weeks
Wednesdays 11.15am-12noon

$80 for 5 week course.


It is safe to commence after the 6 week postnatal check or after 8 weeks for C-section. The class is designed for babies pre- active crawling. Please note there is no expectation for your baby to behave in a certain way. We are all in the same boat. You are welcome to feed and change baby before, during and after class. All mats & props are provided. Please bring anything you need for your baby. They can be on a rug, in a bouncer, capsule or pram. Whichever works best for you & your baby.



Places are limited to ensure classes are small and intimate. Bookings essential.
