Mum & Bub Flow Playgroup

For Mums and Bubs (0 to 12 months) join this beautiful weekly playgroup for mums and bubs hosted by our in-house Kinesiologist Talena Benedet and supported by our beautiful alchemy apprentice Sierra as they take you through weekly mornings of practices and herbs that will support you and bub in understanding how you can regulate your nervous system, have a deeper connection to each other and have a deeper connection to nature.

Each week will cover a range of different topics from;

• Kinesilogy practices you can do at home for yourself or bub
• Herbal tea blends you can make at home
• Herbal Bath blends and rituals you can do at home for you and/or bub
• Grounding practices
• Nervous system regulating games to do with bub
• and more...

There is a limited number of spaces each week so book in early to avoid missing out.
