It's as simple as a BYO picnic rug and a basket (or backpack) full of your favourite things.

Mt Buller provides the freshly cut grass for you to roll out your picnic rug and enjoy the sunset from this spectacular alpine location.

Gaze off into the distance, count the mountain ridgelines as they fade into the horizon while sipping your beverage of choice.

Chill out to the sounds as we release "Koflers del Mar - Volume One" for your listening pleasure. Loaded with classical chilled vibes and Tropical House favorites.

A strictly limited number of 15 picnic sites are available, and a maximum number of 10 people per site allowed under current COVIDSafe guidelines.

We encourage you to use the Group Booking function in Eventbrite, where you can register up to 10 people in your group. You can also send invites to others to join your group.

These measures help us greatly should contact tracing be required post-event (let's hope not).

Toilet facilities provided on site, event subject to favorable weather conditions.

Guests are encouraged to walk the Summit Nature walk to and from the venue (remember to pack a torch/headtorch for the return home)

Limited parking is available at the Summit car park which is approximately 300m walk to the event site.

Please do not park or walk on sensitive Alpine vegetation. Please remain on roads and pathways to and from the event.

BYO food and beverage is permitted (no glass please).

Dress for the cold, it is guaranteed to be chilly once the sun has set.

As per current Victorian Government public health requirements:

• Picnic sites will be spaced at least 1.5m apart

• Individual groups will be asked to remain in their designated groups, there is to be no mingling with other groups

• Systems will be in place to ensure a COVIDSafe event is delivered, patrons are asked to please comply with all instructions of the event organisers in the interest of public health and safety.

Please remember :

• If showing any coronavirus symptoms, please stay home

• download the Commonwealth Government COVIDSafe app prior to attending the event

• Do not attend the event if:

i. you are showing any symptoms of coronavirus

ii. you have been in close contact with a person who is diagnosed coronavirus (COVID-19) positive

iii. you are positive for coronavirus (COVID-19)
