3: Team Player profiles and Dynamics

Introduction to Belbin’s 9 team profiles

Introduction to Tuckman’s team phase theory

4: Conflict Resolution

Introduction to conflict resolution

Self assessment & conflict resolution instrument

5: The importance of influence

Learn the art of influence and persuasion as a tool of leadership
